We’re searching for a Product Executive – UI / UX who’s not only a world-class designer and Figma expert, but also a business-minded leader capable of building a UI / UX practice from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with a clear pathway to C-level leadership. We’re looking for someone based in the Phoenix area who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow both a team and a business unit. What You’ll Do : Lead end-to-end UI / UX strategy, design execution, and delivery across key client and internal projectsBuild fully functional MVPs in Figma to bring product concepts to lifeDevelop and scale a full UI / UX practice, including processes, tools, and future hiresCollaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and executive leadershipDrive innovation in user experience and interface design across web and mobile platformsPresent design solutions and strategy to stakeholders, clients, and internal teamsWork hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing teams to develop UI / UX offerings, support proposals, and help bring in new design-focused business Who You Are : Phoenix, AZ-based with the ability to meet regularly with leadership in-person5+ years of UI / UX design experience, including significant work with MVPs, Figma, and product strategyAn impressive portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality UI / UX design for web and mobileA natural communicator and strategic thinker who can speak the language of design, product, and businessEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and lead a design teamComfortable being client-facing and working alongside the sales team to drive new UI / UX businessInterested in growing into a C-level role as the company scalesBonus : Experience with product management, user research, or front-end development Compensation & Growth Opportunity : Total compensation will be closely tied to your ability to help generate new UI / UX business and expand the design practice.
