In the role of Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will :
Oversee and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within the unit during your shift.Collaborate with management to monitor and assess the quality of care provided in the unit.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team support and improved outcomes.Engage with patients by adopting a patient-first philosophy and handle service recovery when needed.Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and patient care.Assist with staff recruitment and training, managing performance evaluations and compliance.Manage staff scheduling and ensure operational efficiency in accordance with care needs.Support inventory control and the management of supplies and equipment.Qualifications for this role include :
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of start date).Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of start date).Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Registered Nurse Diploma required.Research Medical Center is a comprehensive 585+ bed facility that offers a diverse range of services including women's services, an emergency room, and a trauma center among others.
