Unit Summary :

The  Medical Surgical / Tele Float RN position is a perfect position for an RN who likes a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to gain more experience.  You will float between 4 different units, and have the opportunity to work with collaborative teams who strive to provide exceptional patient care. Our Med / Surg Tele RN Float position offers an opportunity to work in any of our Med / Surg or Med / Surg Tele areas to expand your skills and earn additional float differential. The Med / Surg Tele RN Float Pool is a perfect position for an RN who likes a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to expand their knowledge and skill set. You will float between the Medical 4, Medical 5, Medical 3, and Cummings Surg 5 units.

Hours : 36 hours / week, Weekend Track- Nights

Qualifications :

A minimum of 1-2 years in telemetry / Critical care is preferred

18+ months working as an RN

Current RN licensure in the state of MA

Associates Degree Required

BSN is strongly preferred

BLS required

ACLS preferred

Tele experience required
