Job Opportunity : Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you'll visit Stonebridge patients in their homes for brief personal care visits to help with Activities of Daily Living like bathing, dressing, personal grooming, mobility, and other non-medical cares. Many of our patients are elderly and / or disabled, so you'll need to be sensitive to their needs and limitations while helping them. You'll also have access to private, confidential patient information, so you'll need to follow HIPAA and other privacy practices while handling information. CNA certification is beneficial but not necessary, as we will perform our own competency training & evaluation with you during your onboarding. The majority of our patients need around 1 hour per visit. We have patients all over Davis County and even in Weber and Salt Lake Counties so the more you're willing to travel within the area the more hours will be available to you.
