Join our dedicated team at Hospice of the Piedmont as a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to manage cases and provide consistent, quality patient care. Duties include but are not limited to :

• Provide a nursing evaluation visit to new admissions.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient needs.
• Consult with the patient's physician.
• Complete bedside documentation using the EMR.
• Coordinate and manage services offered by health team members.
• Help ensure the final chapter of your patient's life is one of quality, compassion, and dignity.
