Overview

This role independently plans and performs moderately defined responsibilities for leading technical meetings with Engineering, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and 3rd parties. It conceptualizes, develops, and manages a portfolio of advanced Research & Development and Mobile Compute demonstrations and ensures on-time completion. Demonstrations include, but are not limited to : computer simulations, technical videos, competitive benchmarking, lab testing, and 3rd-party applications. The role program-manages a portfolio of 5G and Mobile Compute demonstrations, generates new ideas to bring Qualcomm’s innovations to life, and ensures experiences are relevant to target audiences.

Acts as a public spokesperson for Product Experiences at select tradeshows and events. Contributes strongly at design reviews and project meetings. Telecommuting may be permitted; when not telecommuting, reporting location is Qualcomm’s office in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage a portfolio of demonstrations (R&D and Mobile Compute) with defined milestones and on-time execution.
• Lead technical meetings with Engineering, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and external partners.
• Conceptualize and deliver demonstrations such as simulations, videos, benchmarking, lab testing, and third-party applications.
• Program-manage multiple demonstrations (5G and Mobile Compute) and maintain stakeholder dialogue and regular updates.
• Act as a public spokesperson for product experiences at events.
• Contribute to design reviews and project meetings.

Qualifications

Required : Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field, and four (4) years of related experience.

Compensation

Pay Range : $193,856.00 - $234,000.00 / year
