Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Lead Software Engineer : To support Public Sector Solutions. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.
• Ability to lead small team development efforts from requirements gathering and prototyping, to deployment and support using Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff and peers in all aspects for web application development.
• Ability to participate in executive meetings, working groups, briefings, etc. to help guide architectural decisions.
• Rapidly design, develop, test, and deploy applications utilizing one or more of the following technologies :

Required Clearance : TS / SCI with polygraph. (#ts / sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications : Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Certifications : Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (SEC+)

Our Lead Software Engineer (Government) earns between $98,100 - $223,800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
