A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - P&C Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of technology solutions by determining project requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
Participate in all stages of the software development and implementation lifecycle, adhering to SDLC processes
Provide advice on complex business projects regarding solution options, timelines, designs, and implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Information Technology and the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
Experience working on moderate-to-complex projects or systems for at least 5 years
Familiarity with Agile / Lean methodologies and Waterfall experience preferred
Proficiency in at least 3 technical skills such as data modeling, SQL, or system integration design
