Program Manager

A company is looking for a Prog / Project Manager, Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for all program activities, coordinating Work Orders and verifying coverage

Create and manage Work Orders, liaising with service centers and logistics to resolve calibration or repair issues

Track and report Turnaround Time performance, driving continuous improvement and managing Change Requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

5+ years of program / project management in test & measurement services, calibration, repair, or related technical operations

Proficient in MS Office and experience with web-based CSM / order systems and database management

Knowledge of contract requirements and ability to document processes and analyze data

Must be a U.S. Person and pass background checks
