Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement assembly processes and equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product designs for manufacturability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and assembly technicians.
Develop and maintain documentation for assembly processes, work instructions, and training materials.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in assembly manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
