Job Description :

May provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the licensed practical / vocational nurse and

certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities :

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Prerequisites :

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.
• Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child and Infant.
