Role Overview
Drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI through paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Display)
- Conduct keyword research and implement bidding strategies
- Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPB) and analyze performance data
- Ensure accurate tracking protocols and resolve issues
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally on paid advertising recommendations
Requirements
Experience : 4+ years in Performance Marketing with full-funnel SEM, Meta, and DisplayTechnical Skills : Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, GA4, Power BI; Salesforce / HTML a plusCore Competencies : Data analysis, marketing strategy, PPC campaign managementSoft Skills : Strong communication, project management, ability to handle multiple prioritiesEducation : Bachelor's in marketing or related fieldPreferred : Travel industry experienceInterview Process
