is passionate about preventive care, enjoys community outreach, and wants to be part of a collaborative team focused on long-term impact. You’ll work in a modern clinical setting with supportive leadership, while also engaging with schools and community programs to promote oral health.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered preventive dental care, screenings, and education

Support oral health outreach in schools and community programs

Collaborate closely with dentists and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality treatment

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and long-term oral health strategies

Contribute to a safe, efficient clinic environment by maintaining infection control and equipment protocols

Travel to other clinic locations as needed to support outreach and care delivery

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Associate’s degree in dental hygiene required

Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene preferred

Work Experience / Training / Additional Requirements :

Demonstrates professional commitment to providing services to underserved persons

Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software

A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage upon hire (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) required

Licensure / Certification :

Dental Hygienist in the state of Missouri required
