You’ll help take complex multi‑faceted engineering problems and guide them to successful and on‑time delivery.

Job Description

We’re seeking an Engineering Program Manager to help organize and apply execution discipline to Quartermaster’s engineering efforts. You will set up program schedules / Gantt charts, map dependencies, work with individual engineers to break projects down into tasks, and ensure our eng org progresses toward milestones without surprises. In this role you will have a large impact on the efficacy and efficiency of our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Work with engineering leads (electrical, mechanical, RF, networking, AI / ML, software) to define project scopes, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain Gantt charts, engineering roadmaps, and multi‑track schedules.
• Translate product requirements and high‑level goals into structured, sequenced task breakdowns with clear owners.
