Founded in 2022, 3M's Services LLC (Michelle's Mindful Movements) is a mission-driven agency providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health diagnoses across North Carolina.

Inspired by the founder's late sister, Tamara Michelle Martin, our company was built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and purpose. Job Overview

As the Executive Director of Operations at 3M's Services LLC, you will be the driving force behind our mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

Your leadership will shape a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusionensuring compliance with NCDHHS, 1915(i), and 1915(c) Medicaid waiver standards. You will work collaboratively with the QIQA, Clinical, and HR / Finance Directors to strengthen operational systems, enhance quality outcomes, and ensure every member of our team is equipped to thrive.
