Job description42 bed hospital -no ICU in hospital, does general surgery no call4.5 day work weeks- primary care / family medicine / internal medicine - outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you want outpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day 1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team 175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefits etc someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term
