As the Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Operations, you will lead and develop a team of Clinical Directors within your market, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes and operational excellence. Your role will blend direct patient care with strategic leadership, driving performance management and cultural alignment with our core values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Directly oversee Clinical Directors and manage clinical outcomes across multiple centers.
• Ensure optimal operational performance while meeting financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach medical leadership to foster exceptional patient care.
• Support training and development of clinical staff including PCPs and NPs.
• Foster a culture that aligns with ChenMed's mission and service standards.
• Participate in recruitment efforts for physicians and specialists.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders such as payers and community organizations.
• Drive cultural engagement and respond effectively to workplace concerns.
• Review and approve clinical referrals and utilization authorizations.
