Compensation is paid per visit and varies by discipline, visit type, and employment classification (Per Diem, Contract, or Permanent).

Permanent : Eval / Re-eval $200 | ROC $170 | Recert $170 | Revisit $170 | Non-OASIS DC $170 | OASIS DC $190

Please note : To qualify as a Permanent Full-Time employee, clinicians must be willing to travel to three or more assigned counties.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven full-time Speech Therapist (ST) to join our Home Health team and provide exceptional care throughout the region. As an ST, you will assess patients’ speech and communication needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and support their progress to enhance their quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, working independently in the field and remotely.
