Customer Operations Sr Rep

Overview :

We're looking for an individual who is positive and enthusiastic - who enjoys a fast pace with high volume processing. This role supports Employer Benefit Solutions, (EBS). This individual will develop an in-depth understanding of the Employer markets and the products the offer. An ideal candidate is a quick learner who adapts to new systems or procedures and is able to apply this information effectively during problem resolution as well as know when to seek assistance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Enter required data with a high degree of accuracy. This will include a variety of form types or electronic files such as but not limited to beneficiaries, personal information changes, and coverage verifications.
• Prepare and manage customer correspondence including, but not limited to creating customer letters, emails, spreadsheets.
• Edit, proof and quality check documents prepared within work team and for other teams within Affinity Customer Service.

Qualifications :

The estimated base pay range for this job is :

$18.27 - $31.73

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
