Essential Criteria :

• College degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business or a related field.
• 2-5 years of previous work experience preferred; an entry-level college graduate will be considered.
• Passion for selling and building trusting relationships with our customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in front of groups.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage the workload as it relates to customer visits, project deadlines and internal communications.
• Work collaboratively with the internal Team to support customers.
• Self-disciplined to work independently to achieve results.
• Tenacious, able to persevere through sales challenges and setbacks.
• Work collaboratively with Musco-s internal Sales Coordinator Team and external Field Sales Team to support customers.
• Strong technical aptitude, ability to understand and present Musco products and services.
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
• Motivated to learn and develop.
