About the Role

The Company is seeking a Provost for Academic and Student Services. The successful candidate will serve as the chief instructional and student services official, with a primary focus on the implementation and coordination of all academic support, workforce training, and student service programs. This includes overseeing essential areas such as financial aid, enrollment services, health and counseling services, and various student development and support services. The Provost will also be responsible for ensuring that all activities meet the requirements of accrediting and licensing agencies, as well as for creating and managing the annual operational and budget plans for the division. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and a minimum of 8 years of full-time equivalent administrative experience in higher education. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in student services and academic functions, the ability to lead across institutional divisions, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. The Provost will be expected to have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and lead a large team, and a proven track record of promoting continuous improvement and innovation in response to the needs of students and the community.
