Key Responsibilities :
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Contingent Worker Program, ensuring flawless execution of tasksProvide outstanding support for line managers regarding CW guidelines, policies, and proceduresAssess and approve new worker requests, ensuring timely and accurate processingAct as the first point of contact for addressing customer concerns related to contingent worker support and issue resolutionCollaborate with key collaborators to ensure streamlined worker onboarding and offboarding experiencesCollaborate with internal Adobe teams on quarterly and project-based initiatives, driving continuous improvementUpdate process documentation and make sure processes are clearly communicated to all collaborators regularly.Ensure client service and happiness in all areas of the position, maintaining a high standard of excellencePerform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, training, and work experience.Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly2-3 years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations, with a proven track record of successStrong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build compelling presentations and reportsHigh learning agility and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidencePreferred experience with Workday and ServiceNow, improving your ability to manage workforce data effectivelyThe ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactionsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvementA proactive approach, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks with limited mentorship, delivering outstanding customer service experiences.Compensation :
