Business Systems Analyst IV

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst IV to serve as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders, driving the delivery of new processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage user stories, requirements, and a prioritized backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project strategies and analyze emerging technologies

Lead research and analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision-making for senior leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Agile, Scrum, or DevOps certifications preferred

10+ years of business analysis experience, particularly in the financial and card payment industry

5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and modeling business processes

Extensive background with API technologies

Experience with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is a plus
