Reporting to the Sterile Processing Manager, the Hospital Sterile Processing Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coach a developing team, and collaborate closely with OR leadership, surgeons, and clinical staff. This role is key in maintaining seamless workflows, from decontamination to sterile distribution, while ensuring compliance with AAMI, AORN, and other critical standards.

The department handles a high volume of instrumentation for trauma, robotics, and specialty procedures, requiring a Hospital Sterile Processing Supervisor who can balance precision with efficiency.
