Senior SSD Debug Engineer 2230

As a SSD Debug Engineer your primary role is to triage and debug SSD drive failures for our data center SSD product this role you will work closely with the Product Support Engineering team to assist with resolution of customer reported issues and lead activities to root cause failures. This includes tracking multiple issues and driving stakeholders to deliver in high-pressure situations. The candidate will be a critical stakeholder in the decision making process with an emphasis on providing solutions that are acceptable to customers.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform debug for SSD related issues reported from customers Joint Qualifications and Customer Qualifications
• Work closely with product development teams to drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
• Represent owned issues in debug forums and customer meetings
• Drive and manage issues in bug tracking database
• Perform required lab work to replicate the reported issues
• Create 8D / failure analysis reports and explain to the customer
• Write product use-case technical white papers as needed

The expected salary for this position is  $141840.00 - $236610.00.
