About the Role :
As a Partner in Life Sciences, you will spearhead this consultancy's efforts in Boston, a global hub for biotech and health innovation. You will lead client engagements, drive business development, and oversee high-stakes projects, positioning the firm as a trusted partner for life sciences innovators. This role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight, with a focus on delivering regulatory, scientific, and strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the firm's life sciences strategy in the US, aligning with global objectives to drive growth and market presence.
Build and nurture high-level relationships with biotech, pharma, and medtech clients, as well as investment communities, to secure new opportunities.
Lead complex consulting engagements, providing regulatory, scientific, and strategic guidance for product development and market entry.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction, while managing financial performance.
Enhance the firm's reputation through speaking engagements, industry events, and thought leadership in the life sciences sector.
What We're Looking For :
12+ years in life sciences consulting, regulatory strategy, or related fields, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or partner-level role.
Expertise in regulatory affairs, product development, or market access within biotech, pharma, or medtech.
Established relationships within the Boston life sciences ecosystem, including biotech startups, established firms, and investment groups.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and manage client relationships at the executive level.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the firm at industry forums and with senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA or equivalent business qualifications preferred.
