Technical Review Coordinator
Coordinate preparations for Technical Review or other large scale meetings, including managing attendance, scheduling conference rooms, and organizing the event schedule. Enhance, schedule, and oversee the Reentry business processes, such as maintaining a repository of lessons learned and conducting meetings. Gather action items from different business processes and monitor progress to ensure completion. Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and assist with onboarding new employees. Draft and distribute communications to facilitate the integration of the Reentry organization within the company. Support / Facilitate projects and initiatives that benefit / streamline the Reentry directorate Support with tours, business rhythm meetings and employee engagement events.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience / education. Effective communication abilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, excel, etc.). Experience in the coordination planning, organization, control, integration and completion of meetings / projects. You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Desired Skills :
Active Secret Clearance. Excellent, demonstrated communication, presentation and people skills are required as this position requires frequent briefings to senior leadership, as well as, the customer. Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified. Experience in Project / Program management. FBM experience. Familiarity with Agile tools / processes. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
