Connecticut Licensed Medical Assistant

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Representative Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high volume incoming and outgoing patient calls

Document all patient interactions accurately using Epic SmartPhrases / Templates

Coordinate provider tasks and ensure timely communication of patient results

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma required; Medical Assisting Program graduate preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience with EPIC EMR required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire

One of the following certifications required at hire : CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, or NRCMA

CPOE certification for order entry required within two weeks of start date
