Position : As a Senior Service Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' petroleum equipment.
Compensation : Based on experience and certifications
Hours : This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday
Travel : This position may require occasional travel during the work week.

Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on fuel dispensers and components (Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Passport, EVO experience a plus)Installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading POS softwareManaging parts inventory and ensuring accuracyAnalyzing and resolving electronic and mechanical issuesInstalling, programming, and testing new equipmentCommunicating effectively with clients, explaining technical issues clearly and professionallyMaintaining a professional appearance and adhering to a timely service scheduleRequirements :
Experience as a petroleum service technician preferredGilbarco Dispenser certification and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certification, preferred.Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesHigh attention to detail and a sense of urgencyValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 60 lbs., work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders)Proficiency with internet maps, dispatch software, and PCsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesOpenness to a flexible schedule (occasional after-hours / weekend work)Why MPE?
