Franciscan Physician Networkis seeking a full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Oncology Hematology physician to join our team at FPN Oncology & Hematology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana . WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

Medical Oncology Board Certified

Hematology Board Certified Preferred

Clinic hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Weekday Call : One provider is on call daily

Weekend Call : 1 : 4

Holiday Call : 1 : 4

Anticipated outpatient volume for new provider : Gradually work up to 21 patients per day, within two years

Average inpatient volume : 3 patients per day

Common Cancer Diagnoses :

Breast

Colon

Lung

Head and neck

Rectal

Prostate

Gynecologic cancers

Benign and malignant hematologic disorders

Qualifications : Doctorate - Required

Physician License (MD / DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -

Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
