Travel PT Home Health job in Brooklyn, NY offers a 13-week assignment with Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

You will provide skilled physical therapy care to the geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY, completing 5-6 home health visits daily. Homecare Home Base is used for documentation, and there is no on-call requirement. A New York PT license is required, and home health experience is preferred.
