A well-established partner hospital in Jensen Beach, Florida , is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join their thriving, multi-doctor team. Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian

  • Deliver High-Quality Medical Care : Diagnose, treat, and perform surgery on companion animals.
  • Team Management : Oversee and support scheduling, staff development, and clinic flow.
  • Client Communication : Educate pet owners and build trust through compassion and transparency.
  • Mentorship & Development : Lead the team using internal LevelUp training programs and clinical guidance.
  • Medical Oversight : Serve as Veterinarian of Record; ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards.
  • Community Engagement : Strengthen relationships with local pet owners and organizations in the Jensen Beach area.

    • Qualifications

  • DVM / VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution or completion of ECFVG / PAVE.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Active or eligible Florida veterinary license in good standing.
