Assist in providing nursing services and identifying the patient's needs evidenced by observation and documentation. Education / Licenses Needed Current Nursing License in the Practicing State. Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing. Current CPR Certification. Two years experience as an LPN / LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in home health or hospice.
