Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in David City,, Nebraska.

Requirements

Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact)

BLS (AHA only)

Minimum 2 years LTC RN experience

Clean license and background (discipline / criminal history must be disclosed)

Resume with full 7-year work history (facility names, not agencies)

2 recent references (1 must be supervisory)

Skills checklist (within 1 year)

Immunizations : MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Flu (seasonal), TB (or Chest X-ray + questionnaire)

Background : National Criminal, FACIS III, Sex Offender, OIG, SAM, SSN trace

Nebraska DHHS Registry Check (APS / CAN)

Valid state-issued photo ID

COVID vaccine or declination
