The 244-bed, all private room HSHS St. Mary's Hospital facility was founded in 1878 by three Hospital Sisters of St. Francis. Today, it combines modern technology with the founding spirit of the hospital. Situated on an attractive 21-acre campus, it overlooks Lake Decatur and offers a broad spectrum of comprehensive health services.

His professional affiliations include membership in the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists.
