Job Description

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial productmanager to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for our Post Purchase products within Visa Acceptance Solutions. As aProduct manager, Post Purchase,you willdefine solutions with executable business requirements and user stories, working withcross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service, relationship management and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths and introduce innovative post purchase product solutions in a timely fashion.

You will,

• Ownthefeatures forpayments disputemanagement product.This includesconceptualizing how the features orexperiences hould be builtin line with thedispute'sstrategy, researching feasibility (e.g., legal / risk concerns), assessing pilot and scaling implications and product dependencies, anddetermining core technical and design requirements
• Understand the customer pain points andbuild delightfulsolutions. Interact directly withclient facing teams and external customersto evangelize innovating solutions.
• Help with GTM strategy in partnership withSales,marketing and otherbusiness teams by managing the pilot pipeline, and planning for product launches.Drive product executionfor dispute modulesall the wayfrom discovery, requirements, implementation and adoption.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,200.00 to 211,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
