At TamCare Services, we’ve been serving Florida’s commercial properties since 1994. We’re proud to be an essential business with over 30 years of reliable growth. Now we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Part-Time Building Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning teams in Boca Raton.

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a leadership role for someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves when it counts—and knows how to keep things moving even when no one’s watching.

Boca Raton, FL | Part-Time | $16+ / hr | Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

  • Lead a team of evening janitorial staff in a commercial building.
  • Assign tasks, check on work, and follow up on requests from management.
  • Complete and send daily and nightly reports to the Operations and Area Manager.
  • Train team members on TamCare’s cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections and correct issues before they become complaints.
  • Order supplies and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
  • Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure your crew does the same.
  • Communicate clearly with your team, our leadership, and clients.

    • What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • Minimum 3 years of janitorial experience (floor care & carpet care included).
  • Proven leadership or supervisor experience in a commercial setting.
  • Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, and carpet extraction.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and availability Monday–Friday, 6 PM to 10 : 30 PM.
  • Strong time management, follow-through, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, smartphone apps, and iPads.
  • Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus!

    • Who You’ll Work With

    You’ll report to the Operations Director and Area Manager and work closely with cleaning team members onsite. You’ll also collaborate with our head trainer and support staff to ensure your building runs smoothly and stays client-ready at all times.
