HHA / PCA Requirements & Key Responsibilities :

• Must possess a New York State HHA or PCA Certificate
• Opportunity to participate in limited sponsored certification courses
• Ability to comply with New York state guidelines for HHA or PCA roles
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Assist clients with personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and client preferences
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients with daily living activities
• Demonstrate a keen interest in working with diverse populations and individuals with disabilities
