Job description

Join this autonomous full spectrum practice with support from a large health system. Enjoy a balanced lifestyle in Central Minnesotas beautiful lake country. Our physicians provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care.

  • Support and collaboration from 6 physicians with 4 advanced practice providers
  • Opportunities available for Family Medicine physicians to provide ER & OB care in addition to clinical outpatient practice
  • C-Section opportunities available with 1 : 4 call
  • Primary ER call 1 : 5 with backup coverage during the week and on weekends
  • Weekend ER coverage 1 : 5

Additional compensation for ER coverage

  • Sign-on bonus
  • Critical access hospital and clinic under one roof

    • Must be BE / BC and able to obtain a MN License.

    Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range : $260,000 - $290,000 per year
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
