Position Highlights :

Become part of a collaborative, physician-led team delivering high-quality anaesthesia care to a 15-county referral network (serving 260,000+ residents). This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering excellent clinical variety and autonomy.

342-bed regional referral & teaching hospital

Diverse caseload – all cases except transplants

CRNAs perform general, regional & MAC anaesthesia

Full physician support before, during & after each case

Local anaesthesiology group collaboration

Opportunity to teach sRNAs

Flexible scheduling with at-home call & post-call day off

Extra pay available for extra work

Compensation & Benefits :

Total Compensation Package up to 335,000

40K Sign-On Bonus

30K Student Loan Repayment

3,000 CME Allowance

NBCRNA Certified CRNA (by time of start) – REQUIRED

Iowa License – Highly Preferred
