Job Title : CNC Machinist

Employee Type : Full Time, Hourly

Shifts Available : Mon-Thurs 5 : 00pm - 5 : 30am & Fri-Sun 5 : 00am - 5 : 30pm (shift differential in addition to hourly rate)

PAY RATES : $20.00 - $30.00 / hr - Dependent Upon Experience

Reports to : Machining Manager

Job Location : Wichita, KS, USA

Experience : + 2 years operating 5 axis CNC Machines

Job Duties :

• Machining large parts to customer specifications.
• Use precision instruments such as micrometers.
• Setup, adjust and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
• Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs
• Set controls to regulate machining or enter commands to retrieve & input computerized machine control media
