Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist experienced with general Nuclear Medicine and PET / CT procedures, with BLS and NMTCB (PET) certification required.

Responsibilities

Work in an acute care setting within the Nuclear Medicine and PET / CT department

Responsibilities include general Nuclear Medicine and PET / CT duties

Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts and flexibility as needed

No weekend shifts required as standard, but on-call rotation is required

On-call coverage Monday–Friday from 4 pm–7 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am–2 pm, with a 1-hour response time

No floating requirements

Uses Cerner PowerChart EMR, experience preferred

Duties include performing both general Nuclear Medicine and PET / CT procedures

On-call responsibilities are part of the role, with frequency dependent on team size

Orientation is offered weekly

No BSN required for this position

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred

Current BLS and NMTCB (PET) certification required

ISDOH; CNMT or ARRT (N); CPR certification required

PET / CT registration and experience preferred

Y-90 Microsphere Therapy experience preferred

License required if applicable
