A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage high-volume prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other channels
Partner closely with sales executives and marketing to implement creative outreach strategies for inbound leads
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities via Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience in a business development or lead generation position
Ability to generate cold and warm leads
Experience in the health insurance space is a plus
Experience working for a software or SaaS-based company is a bonus
