The Role : We are seeking a dedicated maintenance / custodial professional to help keep our facilities clean, safe, functional, and secure. Responsibilities include lawn care, gardening, and snow removal. Completing tasks based on building work plans. Performing security duties, special assignments and project work. Assisting with general upkeep and facility maintenance. Why Join Us? PSERS retirement contributory pension and tuition reimbursement. Starting salary is $17.85 / hour with annual increases (next three years guaranteed $.90 and $1.25 effective July 1, 2026 and 2027). Work Schedule : Full-time 12-month position (40 hours per week). Monday through Friday 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm (includes a duty-free 30-minute lunch).
