Civil Project Manager

We're an established civil engineering firm that specializes in land surveying and subsurface utility for multi-family projects. We have an awesome team and client base and are expanding our operations into Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a Civil Land Development Project Manager with a PE License.
This is a great opportunity for a senior engineer who is ready to take over exciting projects, manage exisiting developer relations and grow new client relationships. This person will also help establish these markets for our company and play an essential role in mentoring our growing teams.
You'll work remotely, and launch to client meetings, site visits, etc.
We will help relocate the right candidate.

What You Will Be Doing
Help acquire new clients & collaborate with clients through project life cycles
Manage multiple land development projects and direct project engineers & designers
Ensure successful project delivery and completion
Conduct normal project management functions (reporting and client invoice approval)
Manage project future workloads, staffing assignments, and project budgets
Guide, mentor, and develop engineers and designers
Analyze and interpret public agency regulations and procedures
Coordinate with staff, consultants, clients, agencies, and other team members
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Accredited school
5 years of civil site land development project experience
Residential and / or Multi-family experience
Active PE License
AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, CUHP, and / or SWMM
Strong knowledge of all major technical aspects of Land Development engineering
Efficiency with Microsoft Project
Proven record in project delivery and consultative work
