Our client, located in Glendale, AZ, has an on-site contract opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.
You must be located in Glendale, AZ, and be able to work onsite.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. No H1B visas.
Responsibilities :
- Technical skills and typing.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues.
- Tracking - Use tools to monitor the status of multiple vendors, projects, and contracts.
- Documentation - Record actions taken and outline next steps for vendors, projects, and contracts.
- Communication - Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and updates.
- Multi-tasking - Efficiently switch between tasks with varying levels of urgency.
- Software Proficiency - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, forms, record keeping, and navigation.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
