Comprised of 28 clinical sites a pharmacy and one administrative location.

Specialize in Family Medicine Internal Medicine Pediatrics Obstetrics and Gynecology Midwifery Podiatry Behavioral Health Optometry and Dentistry.

About the Role :

Internal Medicine Physician

Location : Albany GA

Provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in the health center.

Diagnoses and treats illnesses or diseases of the patients instructs patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives and instructs medical support staff as needed.

See patients of all ages

Schedule : M-F - 8am to 5pm. Zero Weekends or Holidays!

Daily Volume : 20 per day

100% Outpatient Clinic Care

Excellent Comp Structure with Income Guarantees - $250000 / yr base salary year 1.

Up to $100K Sign on Bonus!! ($50K at Year 2 and $50K at Year 4)

CME Allowance : 5 Days and $3.5K

Relocation Allowance : $5K if in state or $10K if out of state

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
