Hybrid : Remote & Onsite in Chantilly, VA

This role requires occasional onsite presence, and preference will be given to candidates located within a commutable distance to Chantilly, VA.

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a mid-level developer with a strong foundation in AI / ML and full stack development. Collaborate with the Leadership, Business Development and R&D teams to prototype new AI solutions to support our federal customers. AI / ML Development

• Research, design, and implement advanced AI solutions, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based systems.
• Build scalable training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines for machine learning and generative AI models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and align AI / ML architectures with business objectives.
• Develop computer vision, NLP, and multi-modal AI pipelines as needed.
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
