Job Description : Senior Care Liaison / Sales Professional

FirstLight Home Care of Plano is seeking a caring, results-driven Senior Care Liaison / Sales Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for generating revenue through referral relationships, new business development, and consistent outreach. You will represent our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering from illness or surgery.

Key Responsibilities
Promote the core values of FirstLight Home Care of Plano, an independently owned and operated franchise.Identify and develop new referral sources while maintaining existing relationships.Complete all phases of the sales process including cold calls, follow-ups, client need assessments, service recommendations, and documentation in Zoho.Drive inquiry generation through relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospices, and other community partners.Collaborate with franchise leadership to develop and execute territory-specific sales and marketing plans.Deliver impactful 1 : 1 and group presentations using FirstLight marketing materials.Accurately document all sales activities and referral progress in Zoho and WellSky systems.Sales Activity Targets
40 impressions / week, 160 / month5 new inquiries / week from referral sources1 in-service presentation / week12 networking events / monthAdd 3 new Referral Partner Network (RPN) contacts / weekQualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceProven success in sales, healthcare, or a related fieldValid drivers license and insurable driving recordAbility to work independently in the fieldSkills & Competencies
Strong communication (written and verbal) and active listening skillsOrganized, deadline-driven, and capable of prioritizing tasksProfessional demeanor and appearanceSound judgment, discretion, and integrityStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilityTech-savvy; proficient in CRM (Zoho preferred), Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and ExcelFlexible to work some evenings and weekends as needed
