• POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the Assessment and Care Delivery / Service to Outpatient Infusion Center patients

• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Minimum Experience

2 years of nursing experience in infusions, in an outpatient or clinic setting

• Required Registration / License / Certification

Registered Nursing License

• Chemotherapy Certification within 6 months of hire
• BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer
• ACLS within 12 months of hire / transfer
• Preferred Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BS

• Preferred Experience

5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting in an outpatient chemotherapy / infusion center

• Preferred Registration / License / Certification
